    @BeforeTheNoose being a homosexual is not a big deal, what matters most is his great talent in singing and piano play which he shares to millions of people. he is an inspiration thats why he is loved despite of his being a homosexual.

  • TheE1961

    @MynameisElliott Of course not,different dimension altogether!!

  • MAYNARD751

    we were hoppin and boppin to the crocodile rock!

    People like Miley Cyrus and Justin Beiber will never have anything on Elton John!

  • BeforeTheNoose

    @punedav007 So you pick and choose from the bible then basically.

  • punedav007

    @BeforeTheNoose Thank you for your comment! We live in a imperfect world. Our finite minds, cannot understand, the infinite [which means the Bible], so just as it say, to receive Christ in a child like manner, that’s just the way, i do. Christians need to start portraying Christ, more, then their irrational world. If Christ had to be here, he would have accepted Sir Elton, no matter how Sir Elton was. Who am i judge him? I just love his music, and would always do so. Thanks and God Bless!

    @BeforeTheNoose Wow! I must say, i am conservative, not ULTRA-Conservative. Whatever, Sir Elton is, it hardly matters to me. I am die hard music lover, and i have been listening to Sir Elton since i was 15. Today, i am 30, but i still enjoy his music. I am a Christian no doubt, but not a guy, who is too ultra conservative. I enjoy music like Enigma, Mozart, Bryan Adams, etc. I am not just a praying Christian but a DOING one, if you get my meaning. I love people no matter what, and where they are

    oh my used to sing this in 70s when i had longer hair growing up back in KL..la la la la la…………………

  • BeforeTheNoose

    @punedav007 “GOD BE WITH YOU SIR ELTON AND GOD BLESS ALL WHO LISTEN TO THIS! AMEN”

    The irony is, that to a man, its the religious in the US that are praying for his death because he is homosexual.

  • Rubes2525

    I remember being in a concert in Worcester, and hearing him sing it and singing along with it in a live concert is one of the best feelings in the world!

  • ToroRossoColonia

    I LOVE THIS DRUM

  • isacc0awesome

    one of the things thats cool about elton john is how he never truly sings one song just the same, he always puts a different spin on his music everytime he plays but still leaves it recognizable as the individual songs we love.

  • kell1reilly2

    @emperormaximilianiii yeah well….poo on u! xD

  • emperormaximilianiii

    @kell1reilly2 it is also lalala in the original

  • TylerRobinson7

    @punedav007 The Beatles.
    Thats my responce to that.

  • punedav007

    @jjjhs08 Elton’s singing has more or less been the same. Since i enjoy music of various kinds, EXCEPT Heavy metal, rap, for me, i have never seen a better sounding song in totality ever before. For me Elton meant, “Sacrifice”, “Nikita”, “Can you feel the love…”, “Circle of Life” and indeed “Candle in the wind”. I was watching this on T.V years ago, and i vividly remember that this concert was in Madison Square G. Thus, my interest in him grew more and more. Happy to get hold of this one!

  • punedav007

    @jjjhs08 To be frank, i did my research to find out about Elton’s songs, and this one, was one my list. I searched through so many and i found that this was indeed the best. To prove my point, let’s start at the beginning. This song has some sort of orchestral effect in the background, percussion is added as well, with crowds asked to join in later. Many of his versions are only about Elton singing on the piano. While this has a mega effect with so much into it.

  • jjjhs08

    @punedav007 just curious, how is this different from other versions of this….elton sang this differently other times?

  • jjjhs08

    @punedav007 i dont think anyone thought that ever the best rock always came from UK, and im american, and im not one of those americans that always puts down my own country, i love america =D

  • thejman367

    @punedav007 I agree. It’s my favorite version too.

  • samsonite122
